1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended exclusively for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, fails to comply with our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Azorepinewoodkeep or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
