Is the casino open 24/7?+
Our main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play can open earlier or stay open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is common on weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips can be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you book your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests in a hurry, our helipad operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.
Is there a dress code?+
Smart casual is expected after sunset in our dining venues and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen are asked to wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; we will provide a jacket from our cloakroom on request. Beach attire is welcome at the pools and lagoon bars throughout the day. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not permitted in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
A great resort is experienced, not displayed.
Anyone can install a chandelier. Anyone can line a bathroom with marble. What is harder — what demands years — is the muscle memory of an exceptional service team. The pause before they pour. The way the door closes behind them. That is what we have spent 50 years cultivating. The marble is secondary.
There is a way to do this work and a way not to. Over 50 years we have chosen one and held to it. Every member of our team — from the front desk to the kitchen porters — has been selected, trained and retained because they share the same instinct for what good looks like. That is not something a building can generate on its own. It comes from people.
